The AI consultancy industry is broken. Billions are being spent on strategy engagements, "discovery phases," and proof of concepts that never see production. Smart organisations, real budgets, nothing getting built. We know because we used to be on the inside.
02 / THE INSIGHT.
We came from consulting and big tech. We learned how to architect at scale, ship under pressure, and navigate procurement. We also learned that the best engineers rarely get to see the impact of their work, and the organisations paying for AI rarely get what they were promised. Most of what passes for AI transformation is theatre.
03 / THE ACTION.
So we built Stealth Labs. Not a consultancy. Not an agency. A technical AI studio where every person writes code, every engagement ships working software, and the best AI engineers in the country have a home where their work actually reaches production. We exist so builders can build - and so organisations finally get what they paid for.

Great AI talent doesn’t cluster around a single postcode. We’re remote-first by conviction, with workspace access in 10 cities so our team can work from wherever they actually live.
Most AI consultancies hire from London and call it a day. We hire from Glasgow to Birmingham to everywhere in between. Not because it looks good on a slide deck, but because the best engineers, designers and strategists aren’t all living in Zone 2. If you only fish in one pond, you get the same fish.
Our people have access to 14 workspaces across the UK for the days they want a desk, a whiteboard, or just a reason to leave the house. But nobody’s forced into an office for the sake of it.
