Sammy spent a decade across government and defence before co-founding Stealth Labs. He started as a civil servant, managing teams and budgets — and learning firsthand how government procurement actually works. He then joined Microsoft as Azure AI Lead for Regulated Industries, advising the Home Office, HMRC, NCA, FCDO, MoD, and BAE Systems on AI adoption.

That combination — knowing how government buys, and knowing what AI can actually do — is what Stealth Labs is built on. He led the founding of the company in January 2024 with a simple premise: stop selling strategy, start shipping software.

Steve has spent 14 years building technology for environments where failure is not an option. Eight years at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence working across cyber, intelligence, and national security. Five years at Microsoft as an AI Solutions Engineer, leading GitHub Copilot rollouts across UK Government and shaping Responsible AI governance frameworks for public sector clients.

He co-founded Stealth Labs to fix the gap he kept seeing: organisations that understood AI in theory but couldn't get anything into production. His role is to make sure everything Stealth Labs builds actually works — technically, operationally, and at scale.
